This Historic Blue Tavern house sits on 1.5 acres of flat ground with a 60 second walk to Table Rock Lake and hiking. You’ll love the beautiful, quiet and peaceful ambiance that Beaver Township has to offer. You’ll also love the cozy two-story home fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Eureka Springs Arkansas is just a short 10 minute drive only five minutes away is Holiday Island with a wonderful golf course. This little cottage has something for everyone!
The Space
The main floor has an open floor plan with the living room dining room and kitchen all in one space. The upstairs Area walks into an open bedroom with a queen bunkbed a twin pull out couch and a freestanding queen bed. The second sleeping area is attached to the first and has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Off the bedroom is a deck overlooking table rock lake. There is a batroom on each level.

There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please don’t park on the road. It blocks traffic.

We offer two kayaks on property that you are free to use. There is a swim dock down the road. There is a $5 fee per carload to use the swimming beach area.

Summary: Our family of five loved it here. Far enough from town to be secluded and close enough to get out and see everything. The Blue Tavern is lovely, with so many small touches that made it really feel like home. Especially loved the lake nearby and took our kids on walks there each day. The yellow bridge was also a favorite. We made s’mores in the fire pit, played at the playground in the park nearby, and spent time under the stars. Stellar communication from our hosts and the kitchen is well stocked so we had everything we needed- even laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, extra bathroom supplies and lots of spices. Wifi was also strong - good because I had to take a meeting from the house. We loved our visit to Eureka Springs and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Thank you for having us!
