The house is located in a private complex on the sea "La Maddalena Beach" 15 minutes from the center of Cagliari, 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Pula and 20 from Santa Margherita and its many beautiful and free beaches.
Just 50 meters from the house (right in front) there is a large white sand beach that is cleaned every morning by special machines and there are all the services such as bars, refreshments and lifeguard service. Beach suitable also for small children.
The house, completely renovated with parquet floors, is composed of:
- entrance, dining area, very comfortable sofa bed with brand new orthopedic mattress and 40 inch TV;
- corner washing machine and pantry;
- kitchen open to the living room which includes a fridge, 5-burner stove, microwave oven and all the necessary cooking equipment (including towels and pot holders);
-2 white sliding doors leading to two large double bedrooms with brand new orthopedic mattresses, both very bright and equipped with large closets;
-large windowed bathroom with mosaic covering equipped with shower, bidet, cabinet, electric towel warmer.
The house is air conditioned.

The exterior consists of a nice and reserved garden with wooden roofing where there is a table for outdoor lunches / dinners and comfortable sofas to relax.
