You can enjoy the choice, the joys of swimming at sea, the beach is located only 300 meters, or the heated pool.

We wanted to create a comfortable and warm living space. The villa has 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
The living / dining room / kitchen offers a large space totally open on the ground by two large windows of 4 meters opening.
The Villa has 2 terraces that allow you to enjoy the outdoors according to your desires and time.
Located 2 steps from the sea (300 meters), you can safely go to the beach by taking the path of Guiraudette on foot.
With family or friends the villa Guiraudette can accommodate up to 10 people.
Its garden is spacious, secure and comfortable.
The garden will offer you a pleasant living environment, a haven of peace just 300 meters from the beach.
A barbecue will allow you to share good grills.
You can enjoy the petanque, and children's trampoline installed in the garden.
You can indulge in the pleasures of the beach which is 300 meters away and so you can easily walk there. You will have at your disposal beach toys for children, masks and snorkels for your dives.
A beach shower next to the pool will be waiting for you upon your return from the beach.
You can relax on the sunbaths and have a swim in the garden pool.
We thought about the safety of the little ones. So the pool is completely fenced.
For your comfort the pool is heated which will allow you to swim including on the wings of the season.
We chose a saltwater pool. Softer for the skin, it also has the advantage of not attracting insects and especially wasps.
