Villa Astor is located on the island of Pašman, in the small tourist town of Tkon. Pašman is the second largest island of the Zadar archipelago, and about 700 inhabitants live there. Villa Astor was built in a contemporary style in 2022, and guests have at their disposal 169 m2 of living space and 1200 m2 of the total property. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, who will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x210). The villa has two bathrooms with a shower cabin, one is an en suite while the other is a regular bathroom.
You will enjoy the view of the clear Adriatic Sea while drinking your morning coffee in the company of family and friends.
Likewise, on the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV, and next to the living room is a modern kitchen and a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats.

Tkon is 2-5 km away from the mainland by the Pašman channel and is connected by a ferry line to the town of Biograd na Moru. In addition to enjoying the sun and beautiful sandy beaches and hidden coves, Tkon offers a handful of activities for all those who want a more active holiday, such as bocce ball or volleyball.
