The property consists of two old country houses, completely renovated and restructured, made of stone around which a large green garden develops and houses a fantastic swimming pool immersed in the greenery of an extraordinary park of olive trees. The property boasts 40 thousand square meters of land, 280 of which are covered. And then there are several terraces, two barbecue areas and a countryside that extends as far as the eye can see and there you will find centuries-old olive trees but also fruit trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean forest.
The main residence, together with its beautiful dependance, represents the past translated into the present and truly offers a refuge from the chaos of everyday life in Sardinia, a unique land in the world.
Here three of the four elements - earth, air and water - have found their true habitat. Here is where the large manor house is located, convenient and comfortable, with exits to the garden in every room. A large hall with its hand-carved stone fireplace in the early twentieth century awaits you.
The house is arranged on one level and in the living area there is a romantic kitchen and a dining area with a large terrace overlooking the beautiful kitchen where you can turn your gaze towards the imposing mountains of San Pantaleo.
The floors made with large wooden planks, the exposed ceiling beams, the large and bright openings, represent the real visiting card of the welcome in this residence of great charm where everything seems to have been made to be breathed and lived because the scent of things and time give us this gift.
In this area of the house there are two double bedrooms with a private bathroom and with the possibility of using them as double beds. The intermediate room to the building also has an odd mezzanine area for an eventual extra single bed. An internal patio, with large French windows and a beautifully decorated floor, is interposed in one of the suites.
The outdoor veranda, overlooking the swimming pool and the garden, which can be accessed by going down a few steps. Here, in addition to a relaxation area with armchairs, sofa and coffee table, you will also find a large barbecue area with oven and stone table where you can have lunch and dinner enjoying the coolness of a straw ceiling.
In the outbuilding, once born as an ancient horse shelter, you will live in an enchanting "stazzo", perfectly restored where a sweet romantic atmosphere encloses the warmth of a typical house in Gallura.
A large master bedroom with a provencal canopy bed and the panorama of a green olive wood accompany pleasant and long rests. A cozy double room with an enchanting bathroom completes the sleeping area.
The living room and the equipped kitchen, connect the interiors with the garden through a huge window that overlooks the aromatic plants with a thousand scents.
The house has its own nuragic-shaped barbecue area and a beautiful swimming pool immersed in the colors of the orchard.
