A new build with an exquisite attention to detail. An optionally heated (at an extra fee) infinity pool, lovely gardens, and an abundance of natural light– this is the perfect retreat for a large family or group of friends looking to relax and unwind in luxurious comfort and privacy.
This spectacular property is beautifully crafted with the trendy and modern Scandinavian touch. It shows off clean and minimalist shades of blue tones to give a sense of cool and elegance to the home, and the vibrant artwork and ornaments add some flavour to the mix as well!
On the entry level you will be greeted by the stunning spiral staircase and long views beyond. Moving into the fully equipped kitchen which will let you explore your favourite recipes with ease and comfort, from there the kitchen flows effortlessly into the large and spacious living area, a dreamy open plan design combining the dining area as well.
The Master Bedroom is of course stunning. The bed sits parallel to the private terrace access, and you have the pleasure of waking up to the serene views as far as the sea to your right. The ensuite bathroom is just as pretty as the room and complements it perfectly.
Headed upstairs, you will find the 3 other bedrooms. All of these upper-level bedrooms are double beds and have private access to the upper terrace! One room is ensuite with a shower/bath and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
