The Villa Casapicci is located in a panoramic position with a gorgeous view of the Golfo Stella, like many houses on Elba on a westward slope. The holiday house will be extended in the autumn of 7th 2016 2017: If the villa is rented from summer 2017, there is a large fully glazed living area in addition to the existing rooms. Via an external staircase you reach a double bedroom with bathroom, another living room with 2 single rooms and passage to another small double bedroom, and bathroom. In the garden of an infinity pool with 4x8m. The previous living area with integrated kitchen and seating with double sofa bed will be maintained next year. Only the dining area will be moved to the new living room.
You reach the entrance to the holiday home from your own parking area via steps leading down to the garden and terrace. The entrance is on the front of the stone house, built of gray granite. From here you can go directly into the large living room with well-equipped, open kitchen ..
In the middle of the room there will be a large opening to the new, fully glazed living room with a beautiful view over the Golfo Stella to the highest mountain Elba, Monte Capanne. The existing seating corner with comfortable double sofa bed is retained. A few steps lead from the living room to the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
After the extension renovation in this fall / winter, there is a covered terrace in front of the new, glazed living room. From this terrace is an outside staircase to the lower garden level and to the already mentioned 3 rooms with sleeping facilities for 6 persons and to 2 further bathrooms.
The outside area also consists of the large garden with a covered seat and barbecue. There is also the pool with a view of the azure sea ... The villa is built on a western slope above the Golfo di Stella, and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Golfo Stella from the entire property. In fine weather you can see in the distance Corsica. There is hardly anything more beautiful than watching the sun slowly entering the sea or, depending on the time of the year, to see it sinking behind the mountain peaks.
To the right of the building, on a slightly lower level, there is a small, cultivated farm with another small apartment called Casagoli. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 small kitchen and 1 small bathroom with shower / WC. In front of the apartment Casagoli is a terrace with garden. This apartment can be rented as a dependance to Casapicci, so that the holiday home can accommodate a total of 14 people.
For exclusive occupancy of the main house and a maximum of 8 persons, a discount of 15% will be granted.
