Positive: A little rough around the edges but a big place with good a/с and wifi...kitchen is usable with a big refrigerator and living room furniture is very comfortable. Hot water in the shower and a big comfortable bed. There is also a full walkin closet. Nice rooftop but no furniture. Small pool in the back that is kept clean and can be enjoyable. Restaurants and shopping is 5 to 10 minutes away walking
Negative: Not the best place for people afraid of dogs. There's lots and they all bark.
