Positive: Wonderful place. We were especially charmed by the porch, or rather two of them. A huge space where we spent our free time during the hottest days. Peace and quiet, away from people and the hustle and bustle of the city. For the children, the greatest fun was the lizards, which are everywhere, and in the evening, geckos appear. Ideal place for families who like to prepare their own meals. You can choose between the kitchen in the house and the one on the porch (with a sink and stove, plus an oven). A few minutes' walk to a small family store that has everything you need. The same distance to the beach, which was rather empty except on Sundays. Friendly neighbors over the fence from whom you can buy vegetables straight from the garden. The house is situated slightly on a hill, so in the evenings, you can watch the panorama of the valley and the town. Syracuse is a 30-minute drive, Noto 15 minutes, making this place an ideal base for excursions in the region. Parking on the property, all within a closed area inaccessible to other drivers. Simply wonderful! The beach is sandy, with a long shallow and sandy bottom.
