The DOS OLAS Modern Vacation rental complex consists of two separate 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villas, each with a private pool. Clean and simple decor by FOKL Nosara, the new homes are on a beautiful private property on a quiet cul de sac, just a 5 minute walk to the majestic beaches of Playa Pelada. Imagine yourself lounging on the hammock under your covered porch, or soaking in the pool enjoying the peaceful sounds of the jungle, and watching the monkeys hanging out in the trees above.
The space
Clean, simple, and modern interior decor and custom furniture by the very talented FOKL Nosara. Much thought has been put into your comfort and enjoyment of the space.
The property can be easily divided into two completely separate homes or booked together to accommodate larger groups. Both villas are identical in layout and positioned for the most privacy.
The natural lighting in the villas is one of its many highlights. Large windows let in the light, maximize airflow, and give views of palm trees and the jungle from every angle. The high teak ceilings throughout the two homes open the space right up. Every room has sliding doors to a large covered patio with teak ceilings, fans, and plenty of shady areas for lounging by the pool, eating al fresco, or entertaining. Each pool has beautiful landscaping with plenty of open areas and gardens.
The modern, open kitchen is nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and lots of storage. Sleek low maintenance polished concrete countertops match the polished concrete floors throughout the home. The kitchen bar is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks and snacks.
Each villa's master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-out to the patio, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a rain shower.
The second bedroom has a custom-designed bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on top. Making our villas perfect for a family (sleeps up to 3 adults comfortably but there is space for an extra child).
There is also a second full guest bath and a laundry room.
Each home comes complete with high-efficiency AC in each of the three main rooms.
Two separate sliding gates are allowing various configurations possible for ingress/egress to the property. Two parking spaces are located inside the property and a back entrance to a private road short cut to the beach!
Guest access
The property has two homes (the entrance & parking space, part of the yard are shared), but you will have full access to the house and private pool.
Other things to note
The property manager is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm - 8 am only for emergencies. This listing comes with a mid-week cleaning, and complimentary guest services, and concierge services from Vacation Nosara. Please inquire for more information on hiring a dinner watchman and/or maid service.

Nosara is rapidly growing community and currently there is a construction site next door to the property, and construction noise will be heard during your stay. Rates already have a discount applied. We will not refund any money due to construction noise.
Guest understands that Dos Olas is currently listed on the market for sale. Prospective buyers will be given the option to keep or cancel this reservation. The Seller and Property Management team will make every effort to give the guest at least 30 days notice if the buyer opts to cancel this reservation. In the event that this reservation is canceled by the buyer, The Property Manager will attempt to rebook the guest in another home that is similar to Howler House. If the guest is not satisfied with the new home option, a full refund will be provided by the Seller.
Guests will be required to provide access to real estate agent(s) for house showing(s). Guests will be notified with at least 24 hour notice for viewings/showing of the home. Property management will provide complimentary cleaning prior to viewing. If a guest has a viewing during their stay at Howler House, that night's rate will be discounted by 50%.
