We offer you the family-friendly, lovingly maintained furnished and quietly located detached house with a great cut on 92 square meters.
In the immediate vicinity there are shops, various restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, doctors, McDonalds, a gas station and much more. With the tram line 52, which is only a 2-minute walk from our accommodation, you can reach Mainz City and the main train station in 15 minutes.
Villa Elenor has been constantly modernized and renovated (real wood / granite floors, real wood doors, high-quality glass shower walls, soundproof windows, etc.).
Villa Elenor extends over two floors and is stylishly furnished. It offers 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 1.80 x 2m, 2 beds 1.40 x 2m, 1 bed 1.20 x 2m) and a 1 shower room with toilet on one level on the 1st OG.
The living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, basic food items such as salt, sugar, coffee pods) are located on the ground floor for the coffee machine and much more) with dining area and seating for up to 4 people.
On request we are happy to provide a cot / high chair / door rail for our little guests. On arrival you will find fresh bed linen and towels.
Villa Elenor has 3 LCD TVs (in the living room and in two of the bedrooms upstairs).
There are inviting garden furniture in the courtyard.
Villa Elenor is an absolute non-smoking house !!! Smoking is possible outside (also covered).
We have tried very hard to be able to present you a house with a nice feel-good atmosphere and sincerely hope that you treat the house and furniture with care.
