The villa is just a few minutes’ stroll to two popular beach clubs, which offers a variety of water activities, perfect for the young at heart, and an opportunity to swim in the calm warm waters of Kalamar Bay. Ideal for families and larger groups, looking for beautiful places to relax in.
A 5 minute taxi ride or a 25 minutes’ walk (uphill), brings you into the centre of Kalkan. For guests using a vehicle there is ample parking space in the shady terrace area at lower ground floor level under the pool terrace.
This villa also has an internal lift which is for luggage and anyone with mobility problems. NB. The owners stipulate that given the electricity outages/fluctuations across Kalkan, the stairs should be used for most occasions.

The large lounge area is beautifully furnished with two large sofas and armchairs, coffee table and a very large Smart TV. Sliding glass doors open up to the heated swimming pool terrace and alfresco dining area, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. (Extra charge applies for pool heating). The modern kitchen area is equipped with a built-in oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and water dispenser. A breakfast bar provides a location for indoor dining along with a dining table for 4. Additionally, there is a guest WC on this floor.
First Floor
On the first floor, there are three en-suite double bedrooms, of which two share a furnished balcony, one has its own private furnished balcony, all granting unobstructed sea views.
Second Floor
The second floor is dedicated to a spacious master en-suite double bedroom and a private roof terrace. Please note, the bathroom area is within the bedroom area and separated by two modesty screens, which are not floor to ceiling.
The roof terrace provides a spacious area for relaxation and enjoyment whilst taking in the beautiful sunsets across the bay. It features a Jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor seating, and offers magnificent views of Kalamar bay.

Villa Parigul is set in a stunning location and is designed to take full advantage of the available panoramic sea views. The unusual L-shaped infinity pool wraps itself around two sides of the villa and is 2.6m wide, 9m long and 1.6 deep. At one end there is a seating area within the pool where guests can enjoy a hydro-massage and at the other is a shallow area where children could play under adult supervision.
