The villa sits on a large double lot with a landscaped garden lot that the pool deck overlooks. This property has an open concept kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar. The kitchen and living room connect to the pool deck that boasts a large salt water pool, outdoor shower, dining & lounging areas with an expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and brilliant sunsets. There is also a separate laundry room.
The land is fenced and the property is gated. There are traditional vaulted ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors throughout the home.
