Beautiful Villa with a contemporary and essential design, set in a context of unique natural beauty. Near the seashore, the sea is the absolute protagonist of this house, which develops in a horseshoe shape around the large panoramic terrace with the scenic infinity pool, an elegant dining area and spaces for a total relax en plein air.
The villa, which has been completely refurbished in 2021, is just 300m from the majestic Lu Culumbu beach and 800m from the romantic Baja dell' Amore (Bay of Love). The center of Portobello, with the clubhouse and all the services is easily reachable within walking distance.
Entering the house, we access to the large panoramic lounge, very bright and with a beautiful sea view, elegantly furnished, with a traditional working fireplace; the kitchen area is divided by a retractable sliding door.
The kitchen consists of a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, various appliances and a large and functional pantry; behind the kitchen we find the external service area with sink and worktop.
The sleeping area consists of a first double bedroom with independent entrance, sea view, working fireplace, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Then we find a double bedroom with sea view and a bedroom with 3 single beds in masonry that share a bathroom, also with shower.
The last bedroom, can be double or twin, with sea view and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The basement is accessible from the external stairs, located in the rear area behind the kitchen (where the second service entrance is), going down we find a small cellar, the laundry area with washing machine, water tank area .
For our guests, maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service.
