Kitchen, dining and living room have tile floors and a neutral, calming colour palette of earth tones. The decor is a mixture of contemporary and traditional rustic. The villa is airy and bright, filled with dreamy Mediterranean light. The fully-stocked kitchen has spacious countertops, large farmhouse style double sink, plenty of cabinet space, microwave, oven, electric stove, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, tea pots, etc
The dining room has a large modern-farmhouse style table with seating for eight. French glass doors lead from the dining room out to the pool and garden.
The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, small armchair with ottoman, Smart TV, area rug, stylish coffee table, and charming modern rustic chandelier.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms/Upstairs:
A curved modern staircase leads to the first floor. This villa has three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms with bathrooms are upstairs (on the first floor) and there is one guest toilet (half-bathroom) on the ground floor. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and one of the bigger rooms has a bathtub with a sea view in the bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have King beds (mattress size 180 x 200 cm) and one of the bedrooms has a Queen size bed (mattress size 160 x 200) The bedrooms have sumptuous, fresh linens and towels. Mattresses and bedding are all top of the line.
A cosy lounge area and a stunning sea view from the first-floor terrace make an inviting place to relax and feel the sea breeze. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on a sunny morning or a glass of wine in the evening and watch the world go by.
Pool/Courtyard/Terrace & Porch:
The walled courtyard has cypress, cedar and olive trees and potted plants. The sparkling blue swimming pool is 8 x 4 meters and has heating and cooling, but temperature is dependent on the weather. The pool is not in use in winter months. Relax pool-side in one of the chaise-lounge chairs with your favourite novel.
By the pool, there is a grill house with a sink, a cooktop and an extra dining table with seating for 6. Dine pool-side and enjoy the nice weather.
The villa has a large, covered back porch with tile floors and comfortable seating area. This sitting area is bordered by gardens with rows of fragrant plants. The porch has elegant stone columns that emphasise the beauty and history of original stones that are hundreds of years old. There is also a covered front porch with a sunset view and charming swing.
