Villa León is perfect for a special holiday or to enjoy a long weekend in Marbella, as it is only a few minutes drive to Marbella’s best white sandy beach and a selection of beach bars & restaurants, or only 10mins drive to Marbella centre with the famous Old Town shopping area and Orange Square.
The villa has lots of outside areas where you can enjoy the sun or the shade, as the gardens are surrounded on all sides by mature tropical planting, making it very private. There is a large swimming pool, hot tub, poolside gym, sauna & BBQ area which you can use equally during the night or day & all year round, as there is feature lighting in all areas and also an option to have the pool heated if you are visiting during the winter (PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS).
The villa has a contemporary design and is fully fitted with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay. Located in the exclusive Marbella urbanisation of El Rosario, the villa has private off-road parking for 2-3 cars and is just a short walk to a selection of bars & restaurants, and a supermarket and a few minutes drive or a short walk to the beach.
Leading out from the lounge-dining room, there is a large entertaining terrace with bar area, pergola, large gas BBQ, outside dining table, jacuzzi hot-tub & outside seating. Following a short flight of natural garden steps, is the large swimming pool with lawn areas, a large sundeck with sunbeds, a covered pergola with further sofa seating & also a day-bed. Plus you have the use of your own private gym overlooking the pool, which has a separate shower-room & toilet, also useful for when you are at the pool and a very special feature sauna.
There is an open plan layout inside the villa with a large island in the kitchen with breakfast bar & stools, fully fitted kitchen appliances including a large fridge & separate full-height freezer and all cookware & dinner services provided, a bright dining area adjacent and the lounge with contemporary electric fireplace and a large TV with satellite channels, overlooking the garden & terraces. There is also a separate guest toilet from the entrance & a separate laundry/utility room from the kitchen.
There are 3 large double bedrooms on the ground floor each with their own ensuite bathroom and individual outside seating areas, plus a separate family room/office on the garden side which could also be used as an extra TV room, office, or as a 5th bedroom. This includes a large TV, contemporary desk, office chair, printer & a double sofa bed (bed linen provided).
The master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor. It includes a queen size bed, dressing room and a large ensuite bathroom with a beautiful free-standing bath, double basins, walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has 2 private terraces/balconies, one with with sea views and one solarium-terrace overlooking the gardens & pool.
Please note - this villa is NOT suitable for holding parties but it is a great base for visiting the fabulous beach clubs closeby and for going out to enjoy the nightlife in central Marbella or Puerto Banus.

The villa includes air conditioning throughout, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, solar hot water, WiFi, satellite TV & spectacular outside lighting.
In-keeping with the luxury feel of the villa, guests will also receive complimentary toiletries & welcome refreshments on arrival. Plus there will be fresh bed linen, bathroom towels & pool/gym towels provided for your stay.
