An apartment of 100 m², renovated, with two bedrooms and six beds, facing south-west, surrounded by a large garden terrace, overlooking the city and offering a sumptuous view!
This apartment occupies the ground floor of Villa Manzati: it was built on three floors in 1935 by the architect Antonio Gregoletto, on a hillside overlooking the district of Borgo Trento.
It has been completely restored in its original style in recent years by a French couple who fell in love with it and live on the upper floors, which are accessed by a stone staircase at the end of a vast vestibule.
The apartment consists of:
a kitchen-living room of 33 m²,
a «matrimonial» room (bed 160 cm wide)
a double bedroom (two beds 80 cm wide)
two large shower rooms with toilet and bidet.
With its sofa bed in the living room, it welcomes six adults.
This is a townhouse with a garden in which one can perfectly consider spending a week of vacation or more.

Almost unbelievable to find place like this!
It is almost unbelievable that place like this can be rented. It is like you get fully renovated historical Veronese Villa from 1935 with amazing view and garden. 20 minutes easy walk to the heart of Verona. Every window has mosquitoes nets.
Parking wasn't problem (in the street above house). Just follow good directions of the owners. Also, about the owners, great people, Definitely coming back. *place was renovated with an excellent taste of architecture and design.

The apartment is truly outstanding! Renovated with the use if high-quality materials and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed walking from the villa through a pleasant neighborhood to the attractions and restaurants of Verona. We would be very happy to return.
