Located in the highest and most panoramic part of Portobello, this splendid property offers an unforgettable view from Corsica to Asinara, offering unique sunsets and an authentically Mediterranean experience. The dominant position of the villa and the proximity to the sea, a few minutes walk and we reach the best beaches in the area, from the reserved Baia dell'Amore to the scenographic Lu Culumbu.
The house is on one level, the living room with panoramic windows, together with the brand new kitchen with cooking peninsula overlooking the sea, create an airy and welcoming living area.
Outside we find a terrace with a sunbathing area, a shaded space for moments of conviviality in the open air and a professional barbecue.
The sleeping area offers a large double bedroom with sea view and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and sea view with a shared bathroom and a third double bedroom, again with a dedicated bathroom.
All the rooms have been skilfully renovated and they perfectly combine contemporary design with some elements of typically Sardinian and authentic taste.
From the terrace overlooking the house, a few granite steps lead to the pool area where the large pool overlooking the sea and a generous wooden deck crown a property that is, at the same time, as scenic and welcoming as only a real home can be.
A large solar pavement, accessible from a suspended walkway, will not leave lovers of the starry sky indifferent, while a fragrant garden of Mediterranean plants will be the setting for your stay.
