Villa Palmarosa is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps seven people. You will be roughly 4.3 km (2.7 miles) from the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store at 3.8 km (roughly 2.4 miles), the stop for the EAV bus Piano - Sant'Agata line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 5.3 km (roughly 3.3 miles). You will reach Villa Palmarosa from the parking area going up approximately five stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Palmarosa we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Patio 1
The first patio is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch and by a gazebo. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs and with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. At your disposal there will be a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the patio you will enjoy a spectacular view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
Patio 2
The second patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October. You will reach it from the first patio going down approximately 15 stairway steps. It is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees and by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with deck chairs and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first patio through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an access area.

The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a deck chair and a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
