This detached luxury villa has two floors and has recently been refurbished. Villa Sunshine 523 is very comfortable and complete, the interior is a combination of design and functionality. The villa guarantees tranquility, exclusivity and comfort, and is equipped with a tropical garden, four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a luxury European open kitchen and a refreshing private swimming pool with an endless panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea.
The house is built in a way that offers you the refreshing trade winds all year round and have shade at the warmest moment of the day. From the living area, the master bedroom and the guest apartment you overlook the eternally enchanting Caribbean Sea with its romantic sunset. This villa is located in the higher part of the resort. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Through sliding doors you walk straight from the main bedroom onto the terrace. The other two bedrooms are at the rear of the villa and share the bathroom. The guesthouse is located downstairs and contains a spacious bedroom with bathroom and a terrace with dining table and lounge sofa. Together on vacation, but each has its own privacy!
The villa is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, cable TV and Apple TV, Gas BBQ, telephone and wifi. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

This villa is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. On Coral Estate Centre you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, bakery Bread & More, restaurant ‘Karaker’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop.
Getting Around:
It is definitely a must to have a car on the island, as all tourist destinations are far away from each other and public transport is most of the time highly busy. Taxi's are also highly accessible and affordable.
