The beach can be reached via 180 steps. There is no lack of green spaces where typical local trees, plants and flowers such as olive and lemon trees thrive. The spaces are accessible via 70 steps that characterise the Amalfi Coast area.
The value of this property lies in its history dating back to 1905, when it was purchased by Alfred Pattinson, and later became the property of the sisters Raimonda and Fausta Gaetani (Ammaniti's mother), well-known designers. We strongly recommend using the services of local porters to transport luggage for a fee. Upon request, a private transfer service can be organised for an additional fee. The villa is divided into 4 units characterised by panoramic terraces with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast and the sea.
Casa Grande - The interior spaces are spacious and bright: the living room with sofas and armchairs, a perfect corner for relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils is connected to the indoor dining room, furnished with a table and chairs for guests. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a king-size bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. One of the bedrooms, with a queen-size bed, is located outside the main house, adjacent to both the solarium and the indoor pool. Each room has its own private bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with shower/tub.
Torre - Inside, the spaces are organised as follows: in the main building the bedroom is bright and has a king-size double bed and a bathroom with shower. Attached in an annexe, outside the Tower, you will find the well-equipped kitchen with microwave oven and the living room equipped with a single sofa bed (for 1 adult or teenager), as well as a bathroom.
Cisterna - The interior spaces feature a well-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher. The tastefully furnished living room has a sofa and television. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom with a king-size double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with shower.
Casa Angelica - The interior spaces are characterised by a well-furnished kitchen-living room with sofa and television, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed with access to the outside. There are 2 bathrooms with shower.
Cisterna Piccola - The accommodation features a spacious double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom, a cosy living room with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace from which to enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. Additional balconies complete the outdoor living experience in one of the most evocative locations on the Amalfi Coast.
