Positive: Very spacious villa with high end finishes and an amazing patio with hot tub! It was perfect for our family of 4, giving the two kids and my wife and I each our own room in which to spread out. Communications with the managers were superb and they gave us numerous recommendations for meals and activities.

Negative: Only negative is the next door neighbors have a rooster who likes to be heard in the morning.

Summary: Wonderful villa with hot tub perfect for families basing in the Chania area.
