4 Bedroom Villa in Ciftlik, Fethiye
Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool and garden. There is a brick built family barbecue and large outdoor seating area plus luxury outdoor coffee area with sofa and chairs on the terrace. Situated in the peaceful setting of Koca Calis, Fethiye. Just a 10 minute flat walk to the beach with it's assortment of bars and restaurants. Free WiFi and DVD player along with a selection of English DVD's (no English TV channels). Complimenary welcome pack on arrival with bread, butter, milk, juice, eggs etc. Comprehensive written pack with local information on restaurants and places to visit.
The villa sleeps 9+ with 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and a very large bedroom covering the entire top floor with three single beds with it's own en-suite. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge which could accommodate another 2 people. On the ground floor there is the added benefit of a toilet/cloakroom. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, toaster etc.
The villa has a large terrace with table and chairs for enjoying breakfast outside plus an additional table for larger groups and a separate deluxe seating area with comfy chairs and coffee table. The terrace can be lit by night if you wish to barbecue in the evening where you can also enjoy the fully lit swimming pool. By day relax by the pool and take in the views and watch the sunset from your bedroom balcony.
A short ride on the Dolmus (local bus) will take you into Fethiye old town with its famous market for fake designer goods and fish market where you can buy your own very fresh fish and have it cooked very cheaply by one of the surrounding restaurants. My personal favourite is giant prawns in garlic and chilli.
You can walk along the beach for 25 minutes to reach the more commercialised Calis with its many more restaurants and shops. From here you can choose to take the boat across to Fethiye old town if you prefer this to the bus. It is only £2 and takes about 25 minutes and is a great way to see the landscape from the sea. These boats go twice an hour.
There is a water sports centre on our beach or walk along the beach a bit further and hire bikes if you are feeling the need for exercise.
The villa is fully secure and has a safe and benefits from free WiFi. The open plan lounge/dining room has a Bluetooth speaker.
The private pool is 5 meters long by 4 meters wide and 1.65 meters deep. There are semi circular steps to walk in which are wide enough to sit on. The pool and garden are maintained daily except for Sunday.
All home comforts are included at the villa including beach towels. There are two mini markets just around the corner where you can stock up on basics. The one nearer the beach is bigger or choose to have your shopping delivered to the villa by the supermarket in Calis (no charge for this).
The villa is 40 minutes from Dalaman airport and I will organise a taxi/mini bus service to collect you from the airport and take you back again at the end of the holiday. £35 each way payable to the driver for up to 4 people. £40 for 5-8 people and £45 for over 8 people.
