Positive: the location to the lake is amazing! there is also a nice view from the windows (we were on the top floor)

Negative: the room we had is definitely not for babies. We have a 1 year old and we had to use the baby bed to block the stairs that led down otherwise he could've fallen down them. Also the shower is not a good one. You have to hold the shower to wash yourself and the pressure is not great either. The fridge downstairs was not stocked. it wasn't a big deal btu would have been nice to grab a beer from there

Summary: It is a great place to stay. If you don't have a baby then the room up top is really good
