Positive: Great location, clean and comfortable venue/room. However, if you arrive after hours, it is just too complicated to unlock the room keys from a safe box, open the car park, park the car and find your way up.
Negative: The absence of staff on our arrival. They could have extended their hours since they were told we're arriving late. 9am-5pm is not a convenient time for all
Summary: Enjoyable stay, but not simple if you arrive late.
