Our homely and freshly renewed apartment, placed in a building with lift, is located in the beautiful seaside town of Villajoyosa. Ideal for couples, friends or families, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The flat consists of an open space where you'll find a double bed and a double sofa bed, a wide and bright living and dining room with satellite TV and a wide closet where you can orderly store your belongings, an open plan kitchen equipped with electric stoves, microwave, fridge, freezer and all utensils necessary to provide you with an entirely comfortable stay.
The ample windowed bathroom presents a comfortable shower, hand basin and toilet, apart from a handy storage cabinet for your products.
The flat features a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, A/C, free bed linen and towels for all guests. We can provide a crib for infant. The apartment is also equipped with photosensors for the anti-theft alarm system and a security camera outside the building to ensure greater security.
It offers an excellent location, just 3 minutes walk from the beach, opposite the old town and at the same time next to the main street. Next to the centre, close to shops, restaurants and supermarket.

The center beach is 750 meters from the apartment. With views of the wall and the Church of Santa Marta. In the heart of the town of Villajoyosa. Next to the Amadorio River bridge and the Hanging Houses. Right in front of various bus stops that connect with Alicante airport. 400 meters from the tram stop. At the eastern end of the municipality, at the foot of the Aguiló tower, we find Racó del Conill. It is a beautiful, somewhat hidden cove that has become a pole of attraction for those who practice nudism. And practically touching the municipality is Torres beach, the sandbank where the ancient Roman city stood and whose main vestige is the aforementioned Sant Josep tower. Right at the mouth of the Torres river there is a beach bar.
The beaches of Tío Roig and Los Estudiantes are the following sandbanks before reaching the first blue flag beach: Varadero. Past the port, the main sandy areas of the municipality follow: the immense Playa Centro la Vila, also known as Centro, and the Platja del Paradís. Both coastlines reach approximately 2.5 kilometres of sand and have a blue flag.
Slightly further west are somewhat more solitary beaches, as urban centres are gradually disappearing, but equally magnificent, such as Playa Bol Nou and La Caleta, both of which have a blue flag. Among them is the small sandy area of L'esparrelló, with a nudist zone. Villajoyosa's bathing offer concludes with cala Xarco, which has a stretch of dog beach.
