Our apartment is newly furnished in the beginning of March 2020 to offer you the maximum coziness while being modern as well.
It is located in the most dynamic and interesting part of the city,Volga Promanade.Perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy a stunning view of the sea from high above and for those who want to to enjoy the sea while talking a walk along Volga Promenade.
The apartment is close to many private and public beaches(Currila,Kallm to mention just a few of them)so you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. What really makes this location so special it’s not only the first row access to the beach but also the fact that is right next to the Durres famous Olympic Pool and 10 metres away from the Archaeological Museum.To add more the city center is only 5 min in walking distance. Our apartment 1 km away from the Durres Harbour and a 25 min drive from Tirana International Airport. In this area you will find some of the finest restaurants(which are well-known for their seafood menu) and some really famous bars as well.Besides bus station is only 1 min away from the apartment.
-A large living and dining room with a fully-stocked kitchen with quality appliances. The kitchen includes a stove,an oven,a dishwasher,a microwave,a kettle and a Panini Sandwich Grill. Of course the kitchen is equipped with all the other basic accessories as well to prepare the perfect meal while giving a look at the sea.
- In the living room there is a big Smart HDTV with a dedicated Netflix account.You can enjoy your favorite series sat in the big comfy sofa.
-Super fast fibre Wifi is provided as well.
-The apartment has an ideal space for up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Each of the bathrooms has its own LED mirror and all the other necessary accessories as shown in the pictures.
-There are 2 perfectly working air conditioning units.Two of the bedrooms have a comfy king-sized bed while the third one has 2 single beds.
-Our personal favorite areas of the apartment?The 2 balconies. Both of them overlook the sea and we’re pretty sure that nothing beats a 180◦ sea view. We have provided the main balcony with a table and chairs so you can drink a cup of coffee or tea while looking at the most beautiful sunsets.It is a piece of heaven on earth.
-With the rental of our apartment we offer you parking spot for free right under the building where the flat is located.
