With one bedroom containing a double bed and a sitting room with a sofa bed, it can sleep three adults or two adults and two children. Please note bed linen is included but towels are not. There is an airy open-plan living room with sofa bed, chair and a dining area, and a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The wet room has a shower, basin and WC with handrails.. Outside, there is room to park one car and an outdoor seating area with lovely views. Located near the village of Ashwater, Wagtail is an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the vibrant counties of Devon and Cornwall.
