*2.5 bedrooms with BR 1: king bed with sofa, rocking chair and smart TV upstairs. BR 2: queen bed with reading chair upstairs. BR 2.5: bunk beds in separate nook off of living room with curtain for privacy on main level.
*Living room features a queen sofa bed, a small desk with a chair and a smart TV with access to Hulu. WIFI throughout home. Wood stove is pretty though is not functional.
*Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, wine glasses, utensils, coffee pot, dishwasher and more.
*Bathroom with tub/shower combo on each floor stocked with hair dryers, soap and shampoo. Washer and dryer in upstairs bathroom closet. Brand new minisplit AC/heat. Ample parking.
*The house is 3 stories. You have access to the top 2 floors. The ground level has an apartment with no common entrance between the home and apartment. You will not see the apartment neighbors unless you're at the bottom of the driveway on your way up and around to the house. There are no shared outdoor spaces. You may hear water running or occasional noises from the neighbors. You may also rent the apartment which is in a separate listing. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. It sleeps up to 4 people.
*Families are welcome! We have a pack and play that can be requested, baby gate, books for all ages, puzzles and games.
*Take your pick in outdoor spaces from back porch with dining table and gas grill surrounded by forest and landscaping, to upper deck with rocking chairs or front porch surrounded by flower gardens.
*There are locked cabinets in each bedroom closet.
*No smoking, no parties. There is a security system on the house with door sensors for your safety when it is unoccupied. There are no cameras and no recording devices.
*Walk 1/3 of a mile to the waters of Lake Junaluska. Tucked within Lake Junaluska Retreat Center you'll find a swimming pool, mini golf, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, tennis courts, a golf course, fishing, walking trails, dining, Junaluska gift store and ample gardens.
*3.5 mile drive to Main Street in Waynesville where you'll find unique shops and dining. Also enjoy hiking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway, microbreweries, restaurants, mountain biking trails, river adventures, our Historic Farmer's Market and Haywood Arts Regional Theater.
* Approximately 15 miles from the Smoky Mountains National Park where you can drive, bike or hike a multitude of trails & roads.
*30 mile drive to Asheville where you'll find Biltmore, a historic mansion and gardens, Pisgah National Forest, NC Arboretum, WNC Nature Center, shopping and much more.
