BSU stadium 700 YARD walk! Boise greenbelt 300 YARD walk! Paddleboats, Zoo boise, Discovery Center of Idaho, the MK nature center, Boise restaurants, river float shuttles, parks, and the new Albertsons grocery store on Broadway also within 5-20 minutes walk. Enjoy it all from the comfort of a meticulously maintained home that boasts brand new furniture and beds, 2 master suites, smart TV's in every room, garage parking, and a firepit to relax around and roast s'mores (kit included)!
The space
This is a well built house, completed in 2017. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Each room boasts a new bed and mattress, high quality bedding, comfortable chair, lamp, bedside table, multi-port plug for charging devices, extra bedding, and 42" smart TV. We have done all we can to make it a home away from home. We are happy to do everything in our power to make it comfortable for you and are always open to suggestions to improve the property. Hopefully you will be the one who benefits from improvements the next time you stay!
Guest access
1130 Leadville has a detached two car garage. Access to the garage is via garage code that will need to be dialed into the keypad attached to the garage. Access to the garage is via a private alley. Garage has an exit door that leads into private courtyard and there is a house entrance on the side of the house. If you have more than two cars street parking is also available. Street parking is generally easily accessible. During Boise State events street parking becomes more challenging.
Other things to note
We provide a baby gate, high chair, and pack n play. However, we have not safeguarded the outlets and our blinds are not cordless. Please take this into consideration. Also, the baby gate can only be placed several stairs up due to the design of the house. We have a firepit in the backyard and encourage s'more making, but please be careful in the process!
