This is a classic home that's been carefully renovated to combine the best of luxury indoor and outdoor Marin County living. Inside, it features a gourmet eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, updated en-suite primary bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 large sunny offices. Outside, the front porch is perfect for watching the sunset or playing in the front yard. The backyard patio features dining for six or more, a seven piece outdoor sofa set and a gas outdoor fire pit.
The home is conveniently located 12 minutes from the GG Bridge, 30 minutes to downtown SF, and 20 minutes to Wine Country. It's centrally located in Corte Madera's Chapman Park neighborhood just blocks from restaurants, wine bars, shopping and parks. Hilly and flat hiking, biking and running trails are nearby.
The home comfortably sleeps five with a king primary suite and two large bedrooms one with a queen and another with a twin bed. There is a second full bath downstairs and a half bath upstairs with the 3rd bathroom. Guests could access an additional blow up mattress if needed.
Guests will also have access to the washer/dryer and the gas grill.
