Our historic and charming home was built in the early 1900s. This 2 bed/2 bath is conveniently and centrally located near downtown on the border of the King Williams District, Southtown and Arsenal District.
This neighborhood is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Wave at the passengers of the City Bus Tours as they pass right in front (y)our yard. At over 100 years old, this home still maintains its original charm with modern updates.
This is less than a mile from many of San Antonio’s main attractions so a vehicle is unnecessary. It’s 1.5 blocks from the Riverwalk @ Arsenal Bridge with access to many upscale, trendy and/or local restaurants.
The house was reconfigured in 1960 and converted into separate condos. This listing is for the downstairs unit. You MUST experience this historical home-converted-condo in an urban setting.

Cozy and charming, (y)our 2 bd/2 full ba rental unit is conveniently and centrally located. This listing is for the downstairs unit. It is not wheelchair accessible and has stairs to the patio which leads to the living spaces.
This unique rental features wood floors and vintage hardware. Original long open-glass upper kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave and a Keurig for coffee.
Fast WiFi included. 70" smart tv in the living room, 32” smart TV in the king bedroom, and 50” TV with Roku in the queen bedroom.
