Air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom with fans in both bedrooms to make this cosy house complete. Bathroom with separate show and bath and modern kitchen with laundry. BBQ area out the back with a patio to enjoy the sea breezes.
Close enough to walk to the local fish and chips at Bay Boats or the Cafes on Landsborough Ave. Sea Salt and Vine cafe is also very popular with the locals and new visitors near the caravan park and the Boat Club, Brewery and Fine Dining at Tempest are also within walking distance.
Parking for 2 cars with tandem access, lock up garage and carport or plenty of street parking.
This property does have a back neighbour who gains access through the walk in gate to enter his yard on the left.
