Nestled in one of the best kept secrets on the Northern Beaches, Hale Kai is the perfect summer family holiday getaway giving you everything that you could possibly want for a summer retreat.
You will be blown away with this property. The first thing that you will notice when you enter the house is the stunning views of Warriewood Beach below. The open plan living arrangement on the main level is the ideal hub for your stay. Everything that you need is on this level of the house – the outdoor deck overlooking the beach, the kitchen and living areas and the huge rear courtyard for a bit of R&R.
The kitchen has everything a gourmet chef is going to need and just imagine sitting out on the front covered deck with your favourite drink and an Alfresco meal.
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house – the master also with an ensuite to add to the comforts. On the lower level of the house is a 2nd living room – perfect for the children who need to have their own space to get away. This also flows out to the swimming pool & has spa jets as well, lawn and garden and in-ground trampoline as well. A Child’s perfect playground.
There is also direct beach access from the house. So you can be on the sand within seconds of leaving the house! There are not too many places in Sydney where you can do this. Warriewood Beach is also patrolled every day over the summer months for your safety. The yard is fenced and safe for children and pets
The property is available during school holidays with a 1 week min for rentals and over the Xmas and New Year's Eve period it is a 2 week min for rentals.
It is not available for any type of wedding/party or function.
One small pet maybe available on request .
