Parking in front of the villa is shared and assigned, with one space per unit. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests must climb stairs at the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.
- We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
- Please note that there is ongoing construction on the property. However, the villa itself remains in excellent condition. We take extra care to ensure that no construction noise will disturb your stay, maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
