The 16-foot glass sliding door to the backyard patio shines natural light to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Watch your favorite sports team or snuggle up for a movie with a 75” Roku TV with all your favorite streaming apps and local channels. You will simply melt into the brand new sectional.
This kitchen is fitted with everything a home cook needs with all new appliances and cookware. The coffee bar and counter allows for guests to sip coffee or your favorite beverage and mingle while preparing a delicious meal. In the dining room, the custom table is perfect to gather, eat, or play board games.
The Master Bedroom includes a full on-suite bathroom and sliding glass door to the backyard patio. To ensure your night is as restful as possible, the king bed has an adjustable reclining feature and brand new mattress. The room also features a 40” Roku TV with all your favorite streaming apps and local channels.
The Gameroom features custom four queen bunk beds. Each bed is equipped with an overhead reading light with USB charger and shelf to hold your phone or book. When not enjoying sound sleep on the new queen mattresses, have fun with a variety of games this room offers. There is a foosball table, dartboard and ring toss game to entertain your friends and family for hours. Whether you are taking part in these games, lounging as a spectator, or seeking a moment to relax, enjoy the 40” Roku TV with all your favorite streaming apps and local channels.
There are four additional beds (three twins and one queen) and two full bathrooms in the house. The bathroom on the east side of Colobury Cove is a shower/tub combination. It is our pleasure to include a pack-n-play crib, high chair and umbrella stroller, if you are bringing little ones. Located off the Gameroom is a separate laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for those with longer stays.
Access Lake Granbury on the Brazos River through the boatable canal. Colobury Cove includes a private 30’ x 8’ dock with a new bumper and cleats for your water toys. Don’t have a boat? Enjoy fishing and kayaking down the canal while viewing local wildlife, or bring a chair on the dock and relax in the sun by the water. The backyard patio includes an 8-burner gas grill with ample reserve tanks. This liquid propane grill is primed for even the biggest groups and can handle more than 60 burgers or 120 hot dogs at once! While you wait for your burgers, entertain yourself with a game of cornhole. At night, take delight in s’mores by the firepit. There are so many things to enjoy.
