Gather with your family and friends for a special project in the large family room in addition to the beautiful living room, dining room and modern kitchen. There's a laundry room and workroom. Relax on the large deck, or in the private yard on the water with perennial garden. Internet access and cable TV are included. Views of the harbor from all major rooms.
