Waves At Boat Harbour Beach is an absolutely divine beach house located in Boat Harbour and is just 200m to its gorgeous beach. This brand new home has five sumptuous bedrooms, three full designer bathrooms, two chic living areas in seaside luxury.
Waves At Boat Harbour Beach is just a short 200m stroll to a breathtakingly beautiful horseshoe shaped beach. This picturesque beach has golden sands and is bookended by rocks studded with rock pools. The kids will relish exploring the rock pools and discovering their hidden sea life. Bring your fishing rods, sand castle equipment, body boards and kayaks etc and your days will be filled with sun, sand and surf fun!
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom, an exquisite open plan living area which flows out to an undercover terrace with BBQ, and in the yard there’s seating around a delightful fire-pit. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has a WIR. The simply dreamy coastal interiors will instantly signal your seaside holiday has begun. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped chefs kitchen, with large island bench and bar stools, a dining nook and comfy lounge area. The large dazzling kitchen will tempt you to cook up holiday feasts for the whole tribe to enjoy. Afterwards, toast marsh mellows on the fire-pit as you finish the day with some star gazing.
Upstairs you’ll discover enticing glimpses of the ocean and beach, and find three bedrooms, a second living area, an ensuite and a bathroom. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, WIR and ensuite with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and WIR, and the third bedroom has a WIR, two singles and a trundle bed suitable for a child. The luxe family bathroom features a shower and a bathtub, ideal for soaking in after a day at the beach. The second living area, with its couch and TV, is the perfect chill-out zone for the kids.
