House Rules
1. Communication is key! All guests must download and use the Airbnb App for communication. You'll receive check-in and check-out information through the app. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, please communicate between those hours.
2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 6 total adults and 3 infants. We have artificial grass in the backyard, so pets are not allowed.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, yard games, etc.), please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happier! With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
