This amazing property is located in a prestigious gated community, surrounded by many great restaurants, and exceptional shopping. Downtown Scottsdale is 25 minute drive and downtown Phoenix is 25 minutes. Golf is all around you!
The property has a pool and hot tub (85 degrees with heating fee) and is waterfront. It is meant for peaceful, family enjoyment. The home is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and has a 75-inch TV on the main floor with cable. The master bedroom TV is for movies only or has access to Roku Firestick. The home can comfortably sleep up to 8 (but not exceed).
The whole backside of the house has large windows with views of the pool and waterfront and the outside area includes a very spacious covered patio, gas grill, patio furniture in a newly added extended patio, dock area, and 2 layout chairs for tanning. The private dock is enjoyable to sit on and watch the turtles and fish swim up to say hello to you!
