For your safety, we have installed 2 security cameras—one at the front door facing the front yard and the other in pool area. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes but do not intrude on your privacy inside the house.

10. No drugs or inappropriate behavior tolerated.
11. Garbage collection days vary; we’ll notify you in advance.
12. House-trained pets allowed with a $120 USD fee per pet.
13. Stained sheets or towels will incur replacement charges.
14. Violation of house rules may result in deductions from security deposit or non-refundable cancellation of reservation, depending on severity.
15. Remove shoes when entering the property, especially on carpeted areas.
16. If you break something, please notify us immediately.
17. Please put back any moved items to their original positions.
18. Set the AC to 75 when not in use.
19. All cars must be parked on the driveway or inside the parking garage, not on the street.
20. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
