This beautiful Tuscan style home, tucked away in the Templeton Gap, is conveniently located in the heart of the Paso Robles Wine Country, just 2 miles from downtown Templeton and 6 miles from Paso's downtown square. All four roomy bedrooms sport new beds and new 50" Smart TV's. A newly remodeled kitchen, spacious Great Room, three bathrooms, and an outdoor entertainment area that includes two dining tables, a pool, a hot tub and gorgeous views will make your Central Coast getaway extra special.
THE SPACE:
This West Templeton 4BR/3BA Tuscan style farmhouse on 1 acre is the ideal setting to experience the Paso Robles Wine Country. Minutes away from the finest wineries in the region: Venteux, Turley, Donati, Castoro, Peachy Canyon, Niner and many more! Quick access to the 101 and Hwy 46 West makes this location a highly coveted destination. This property is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac and offers privacy and plenty of entertainment areas to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Not your typical vacation rental, the house and property is meticulously maintained and clean, ideal for a relaxing getaway (loud music and parties are not allowed).
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The master bedroom en suite is furnished with a King bed and a 50" Smart TV. The bathroom has dual sinks, a tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and 50" SmartTV. The bathroom for bedroom 2 is right across the hallway and has a large shower and a single vanity. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have Queen beds and their own 50" SmartTV's. These two bedrooms share the third full bathroom, with two sinks and a tub/shower.
LIVING AREA:
The central gathering space is the open-concept kitchen and great room! An all new gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and tile backsplash, is appointed with everything you need to create tasty dishes to match the wonderful new Paso wines you've collected. There is a large island with 4 bar-stools to accommodate buffets, extra seating, or socializing with the chef.
The great room has a comfy jumbo leather sectional and 2 side chairs with enough room to pull up a few more seats, if needed. You'll all fit around the 65" SmartTV to watch the game, or your favorite movie.
There's a large farmhouse table with seating for 6 that can be expanded, with 3 leafs, to seat 12.
The music room has a Baby Grand piano and several guitars for the musically inclined to practice or entertain.
OUTSIDE:
The back yard is where the real fun happens - this backyard has it all! Cool off in the 15' X 35' pool, lounge in one of the 6 chaises on the surrounding deck, or unwind in the hot tub. Throw something on the grill and dine at the table for 6 on the covered patio or at the table for 6 by the pool. There's a patio bar that's perfect for gathering or for an outdoor buffet.
Next to the pool, there's a small vineyard - source of a small private label Cabernet that is the fruit of the homeowner's labor.
AMENITIES:
We furnish personal amenities, including, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, blow dryers in all 3 bathrooms, and paper products, as well as kitchen and laundry necessities - detergents and trash bags. The kitchen has all the essentials: salt, pepper, spices, oils, vinegars, cooking utensils, and service for 12.
PLEASE NOTE:
POOL: There is no fence around the pool. It has a safety cover, but it does not work if it's not closed after pool usage. Pool is for paid guest use only. Guests assume all liability associated with pool use and agree to follow the posted rules. You are 100% responsible for the safety of any children you bring to the property; children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and children under 6 must wear a life jacket when the pool cover and/or hot tub is opened. Misuse of the pool safety cover may result in additional charges for repairs.
HOT TUB: Hot tub is for paid guest use only. Guests assume all liability associated with hot tub use and agree to follow the posted rules. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. This is to ensure proper sanitation. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The hot tub must remain CLOSED when not in use. Please rinse your feet with hot tub water BEFORE entering. Leaving the cover open and excessive entry/exit burns off the chlorine and introduces dirt which clouds the water and makes it unsanitary. In the event that the hot tub requires draining due to misuse, guests will be charged $200 for cleaning and refilling.

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, yard, patio, pool and hot tub.
Other things to note
A fully landscaped acre with a small vineyard requires constant attention, we will do our best to time any ongoing maintenance as subtly as possible. During hot spells, the potted plants require daily watering, and we want to be sure the pool and hot tub remain crystal clear during your stay and use of them.
Additionally, the vineyard is functioning, which means you may see us maintaining it - pruning, netting, harvesting/crushing, or bottling. If you happen to be our guest during any of those times, you are welcome to watch, learn or join in!
We will personally check you in and go over the operation of the pool and hot tub as well as some other tips/quirks for the property and, depending on the time of year and our projects, we may be in the shop/recording studio at the back of the property. This is further away than any of the neighbors homes and is sound proof, you will have your space.
