This newly renovated home (completed November 2021) is designed with family and friends in mind to enjoy their holiday in comfort and relaxed luxury while experiencing the beautiful beaches and lakes the south coast of NSW has to offer.
The Palms is a short stroll to the stunning Burrill Lake perfect for an early morning stand up paddle board or Burrill Beach for a therapeutic walk or morning dip in the ocean.
The Palms boasts 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms comfortably sleeping 12 people (max 9 adults). The Palms offers a large open plan living and dining area which joins onto the light filled gourmet kitchen with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. With two separate living areas, as well as a large balcony and outdoor deck, The Palms ensures all guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Guests are welcome to utilise the sporting equipment at the house to further enjoy the area. Sporting equipment includes two stand up paddle boards, and two bicycles.
The outdoor entertaining deck is the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ or meal with the family or friends. If you're looking for something more peaceful, the lounge swing on the upstairs balcony is the perfect spot to read a nice book or watch the sunset with views out to Pigeon House Mountain.
The Palms is just a stone's throw from an amazing selection of coffee shops, local eateries, wineries, beaches and nature trails which are all accessible within walking distance, or you can experience the beautiful townships of Mollymook, Milton and Ulladulla with a short drive.
