Turn of the century local bar turned vacation rental! Built in 1901 this property with original bar will remind you of days past. Fully updated with sleeping loft, this beauty can accommodate a large group of 10 with two fully functional bathrooms and over 1200 square feet of wide open space. Located close to downtown and Manistees beautiful beaches, this location is perfect for walking or riding to your favorite destinations. Never have to drink and drive when the Manistee Cab company is directly across the street and the casino will shuttle you to and from, from your front door! Stay and play in your own bar. Play bartender as your friends and family throw darts, toss corn hole, or watch their friends shoot pool. Small back porch with BBQ grill, functional bar with ice maker, fridge, stainless sinks, cook top, and coffee bar....there are a few things to take into consideration when looking at this property. First thing is parking. There is only on street parking available so if you have a large group either limit vehicles to two so you can park directly in front of the door or understand you will need to walk to park around the side. There is a gated yard that can possibly house boats or trailers if needed. Secondly, the sleeping loft is exactly that! A loft! If you are not able to climb steep stairs/ladder please do not rent this place because you will be very disappointed. This is a very old bar with a sleeping loft, it is very simple and not fancy by any means. We can move some lightweight twins around for those who can't climb. Those are my two disclaimers but outside of those issues this place is a blast...I also want to remind you that this space is limited to ONLY 10 people, think of it as a large hotel room not a bar please. Local PD will not tolerate excessive drinking or noise so please be aware and follow all local and state drinking and noise ordinances...the hot tub in the picture is not available anymore but it won't allow me to remove it.
