The house has large private porches in the front and back of the house. The peaceful front porch has lots of rocking chairs and a swing. The screened-in back porch has a grill and overlooks a quiet, peaceful lagoon where you can enjoy your coffee or evening cocktails while lounging in the soft cushioned furniture.
The first floor of this great beach house has hardwoods and includes a spacious family room, half bathroom, large well-equipped renovated kitchen and dining area. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and an attached full bath. The light filled family room is perfect for entertaining and spending time with loved ones. The renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with everything a cook needs including coffee maker and Keurig machine.
The second floor with hardwoods offers 3 bedrooms. The large primary bedroom features a king size bed with an attached newly renovated bathroom with his and her sinks. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and has generous closet space. The adjacent guest bath has been recently renovated too. The third bedroom on the second floor includes two queen beds and two closets. All bedrooms have high-grade pillow top mattresses and box springs. We have also provided high thread count sheets to give you a peaceful nights’ sleep. A high-efficiency washer and dryer are located on the second floor.
