Truly an all season family friendly mountain getaway with front and rear decks offering the perfect space to sip your morning coffee while you plan your next adventure and watch the children play. Celebrate all that Big Bear has to offer in your very own cabin in the woods that is only a 5 minute walk to Big Bear Lake!
Kitchen: Refreshment station includes Keurig coffee maker with Keurig pods, creamer, sugar in addition to hot chocolate, instant coffee, tea, and milk tea. The kitchen is also equipped with an indoor electric grill, an air-fryer oven, and a toaster.
Living Room: There is a Chromecast device on the TV in the living room that can receive cast from cellphone/tablet. There is also a G O O GL E (Tmobile TV) and Samsung TV (channels 1000 and above) on the TV. Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Hulu are also available. A gas fireplace, board games as well as a poker set are featured in the living room.
Master Bedroom: Features a King bed and a Smart TV with Chromecast
(The high chair and crib are stored in the master bedroom) with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Features a Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Features two sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds in total). Classic video games, toys, and art activities can be found in the closet
Outdoor Space: Gas propane BBQ and corn hole game on the front deck and the a gas propane fire pit in the rear deck

Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm along with $25 per bag trash rule due to the City of Big Bear Lake laws
No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking or pets - owner is highly allergic
$25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it
$45 dirty dishes fee - our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law
