The welcoming foyer of this unit opens up to a spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas which lead out to a covered balcony with views of the marsh and the Windward Point gated pool. A split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy and the master bedroom offers spectacular marsh views.
You will also enjoy gorgeous sunrises and marvelous eastern marsh views while looking out toward Sea Island. It is very private and quiet. There are nine foot ceilings as well as carpet and tile floors throughout. Windward Point places you just steps away from Sago Restaurant and a beautiful 18 hole marsh view golf course.
