The nearest winery is minutes away. Impressive restaurants, many of which adhere to the local farm-to-table culinary ethos are a short drive. Those who wish to imbibe hops over grapes will find themselves in the epicenter of beer culture with Russian River Brewing Company less than ten minutes down the road.
Outdoor adventures abound. Bennett Valley Golf Course, one of the best-maintained public courses in the region, is five minutes away. Iconic hot air balloon rides are 15 minutes away. Armstrong Redwoods and the Pacific Ocean are each a 30-minute scenic drive from here.

The interior is immaculate. A seamless blend of hardwood floors, stone moldings, and plush furniture give this home its stability. Slate, sand, and caramel colors all mix together to give a laid-back vibe. So much room to entertain, feast and relax.
Two separate LIVING ROOMS. Together the rooms have comfortable seating for more than a dozen people. Sink into the down-filled sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV (it’s ready for your Netflix, Apple TV, Prime, or HBO Max login). Sit in one of the enveloping armchairs and converse with friends around one of the two fireplaces (just for looks, it's a decorative fireplace). The choice is yours.
The more formal of the DINING AREAS is anchored by a sturdy wood table with seating for eight in cushioned iron-frame chairs. A round table in the kitchen seats four. And four more tall chairs line the breakfast bar in the kitchen (it’s called a “breakfast bar” but feel free to enjoy a glass of wine here in the evening).
Speaking of wine, you will notice that the host has left a bottle for you on the counter as a welcome gift. The vintage will be a locally-sourced hand-picked selection for you to enjoy during your stay (or to take home with you).
The KITCHEN has modern stainless steel appliances with every tool and device you will need to prepare dinner for two or a holiday-size feast. There is a grill in the backyard for those who want to show off their barbecuing skills.
FIVE BEDROOMS with a total of six beds. Each bedroom has fresh clean linens, extra pillows, and extra blankets. Each has enough room for you to unpack, store your luggage, and get a good night’s sleep. Conveniently, two bedrooms (including the Master) are downstairs with the other three being on the second floor.
With a total of THREE (3) KINGS, ONE (1) QUEEN, TWO (2) FULL BEDS and ONE (1) Trundel FULL sized BED, this home provides sleeping arrangements comfortable for all configurations of traveling parties (families, groups of friends/couples, or work teams). Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Tesla Universal EV Charger conveniently located in the garage. This cutting-edge charging station ensures a hassle-free and eco-friendly experience for both Tesla and Non-Tesla electric vehicles. There are a total of three BATHROOMS. The master bedroom has an en-suite, a second full bathroom downstairs, and another full bathroom upstairs.
The POOL is something you will not want to miss (we’re not sure how you could actually miss it). The deck is lined with chaise lounge chairs, armchairs, and an outdoor dining table set for six people. Even if you don’t go for a swim, you’ll enjoy the chance to dine and wine in the sun (or under the stars).
A WASHER & DRYER, strong Wi-Fi, and many other modern features you would expect are throughout the house.
PETS are welcome. A $250 fee is required so please let us know at the time of booking if your furry friends will be joining you.
