Positive: It was the lowest price in Udabno

Negative: This is not a guesthouse, it is a homestay in a very basic Georgian home. It is not quiet, clean or comfortable, with a door that did not stay shut and burnt power outlets with dangerous wiring. The bathroom is downstairs and shared with the family and is not very clean or comfortable to use. We felt like intruders upon arriving and saw none of the warm welcome that older reviews mention. It is an authentic experience but not at all what we were looking for. If you want a very low price and to experience the good and the bad of local life, this is it but we did not rest well or feel welcome.
