Come enjoy this fully furnished central Phoenix home available for rent on a nightly or monthly basis. Set in the charming Bel Air neighborhood, this is a central location with easy access to downtown, Superbowl festivities, multiple spring training ball fields, Phoenix College and area hospitals, including St Josephs and Phoenix Childrens.
There is room for up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an optional guest casita and bath. Hang out with your group in the gourmet kitchen which is well equipped for your cooking pleasure, and features a 48'subzero, 7 foot island with stools, double ovens, a gas cooktop and honed granite counters. The adjoining huge dining room table sits 10. The spacious living room has room for everyone, with vaulted ceilings, down sofas, a gas fireplace and flat screen TV.
Your comfort is assured - all bedrooms feature high thread count sheets and down duvets. The master bedroom has a king bed and a travertine en-suite bath. The middle bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed.
